My name is Kathleen Brooks. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner that has been providing patient care for over 19 years. I take a holistic approach to patient care. I educate my patients on all aspects of their care to include explaining lab results for better understanding. I use modern medicine and naturalistic medicine to insure that the patient is able to receive the care and treatment options that best suite their wants and needs.  

I recently opened Concierge Wellness Center on 02/10/2025 to provide patients with affordable healthcare options from providers that truly care about the community residents that they serve.

We are so glad you are here. My name is Jennifer Foster, and I am the Office Manager and Medical Assistant. With over 20 years of experience in the medical field, I have had the privilege of working alongside Kathleen Brooks, FNP, since 2021. 

At our practice,  I oversee daily operations, manage patient scheduling and billing and ensure everything runs smoothly-- So you can focus on your health. I am  also here to provide direct patient care, educate on medications and treatment plans, and make sure you receive the highest quality service in a welcoming environment.
